Blueberry Steel Cut Oats:

Ingredients:
  • 1 serving of steel cut oats (tip: try making the oats the night before and store in a mason jar in the refrigerator to save time)
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 10-15 fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2-3 Tbs. walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • (optional) 1-2 tsp. honey

Directions:
Add steel cut oats to a medium breakfast bowl and top with the blueberries, walnuts, banana, and cinnamon. (Optional: drizzle honey over top.)
