Blueberry Steel Cut Oats:
Ingredients:
- 1 serving of steel cut oats (tip: try making the oats the night before and store in a mason jar in the refrigerator to save time)
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 10-15 fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2-3 Tbs. walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- (optional) 1-2 tsp. honey
Directions:
Add steel cut oats to a medium breakfast bowl and top with the blueberries, walnuts, banana, and cinnamon. (Optional: drizzle honey over top.)
